Position Summary

We are seeking a full-time Remote Recruiter to source, contact, qualify, and submit candidates for our U.S. clients.

This is a recruiting role focused on candidate generation. You will spend most of your time sourcing candidates, making outbound calls, conducting screening interviews, and building talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing

• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, Workable, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.

• Build candidate pipelines for multiple open positions.

• Continuously identify new talent for difficult-to-fill roles.

Candidate Outreach

• Make outbound phone calls to prospective candidates.

• Contact candidates by email and text message.

• Follow up consistently throughout the recruiting process.

Candidate Qualification

Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate:

• Relevant experience

• Technical qualifications

• Industry background

• Compensation expectations

• Availability

• Interest in the opportunity

Recruiting Administration

• Maintain accurate candidate records.

• Update candidate activity within our recruiting platform.

• Prepare candidate summaries and recruiting notes.

• Coordinate with Account Managers throughout the hiring process.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.

• Excellent spoken and written English.

• Comfortable making outbound phone calls.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, or similar ATS platforms.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home office.
