Work closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality MVPs.
Analyse user behaviour, product metrics, and customer feedback to guide decisions.
Drive rapid experimentation and iteration to achieve product-market fit.
Collaborate with founders and venture studio leadership on new venture creation.
Support portfolio companies with product strategy and execution where needed.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in Product Management.
Experience building products in startups or high-growth technology companies.
Strong understanding of product strategy, customer discovery, and Agile development.
Ability to make decisions using data and customer insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Passion for startups, innovation, and company building.
Nice to Have
Experience with AI, SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software.
Previous experience in an early-stage startup, accelerator, or venture studio.
Technical background or experience working closely with software engineering teams.
Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Jira, Notion, Mixpanel, and Amplitude.
Why Join 16VC?
Build products that become venture-backed companies.
Work directly with founders, investors, and experienced operators.
Own meaningful product decisions from day one.
Be part of a collaborative team focused on creating the next generation of category-defining startups.
Competitive salary with equity opportunities where applicable.
