We're looking for a Founding Growth Engineer to help us grow our founder community, generate deal flow, and build AI-powered growth systems.

What You'll Do

• Build AI-powered growth and outreach workflows

• Automate founder sourcing and CRM processes

• Improve website and landing page conversions

• Launch growth experiments across LinkedIn, X, and other channels

• Create dashboards to track growth metrics

• Support portfolio companies with GTM and automation

What We're Looking For

• Experience with AI tools and automation

• Basic coding skills (JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript)

• Familiarity with tools like n8n, Zapier, Clay, Apollo, or HubSpot

• Strong problem-solving and execution skills

• Interest in startups, AI, and venture capital
