We are seeking a talented software engineer to lead our efforts in developing exceptional user experience and user interface components of our product using modern frontend technologies.

Role Summary

We're searching for a seasoned frontend engineer to join our team as our very first frontend specialist. As a core part of our growing development team, you'll take the lead in shaping the look, feel, and functionality of our user interface. You'll bring your substantial React and TypeScript experience to drive the creation of intuitive, responsive, and visually stunning customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft exceptional user experiences: Design and implement engaging web interfaces utilizing your React and Tailwind CSS expertise.

  • Build robust and maintainable components: Develop reusable and well-structured React components to ensure codebase scalability.

  • Drive frontend architecture: Contribute significantly to frontend architectural choices, establishing standards and promoting best practices.

  • Optimize for performance: Analyze and improve frontend performance, ensuring a seamless user experience.

  • Collaborate effectively: Work closely with designers, product managers, backend engineers, and early customers to deliver a top-notch UI.

Required Qualifications:

  • React mastery: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on development experience building web applications with React (including concepts like Hooks, state management, and performance optimization).

  • TypeScript fluency: In addition to JavaScript fundamentals, you have a solid understanding of TypeScript concepts, including types, interfaces, and generics.

  • Tailwind CSS expertise: Experience styling components with Tailwind CSS, demonstrating an understanding of its utility-first approach.

  • Design sensibility: A keen eye for design and the ability to translate design concepts from Figma into pixel-perfect interfaces.

  • Testing: Understanding of testing principles and experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library.

  • Version control: Proficiency with Git.
